David joined Parkland with a wealth of experience in accounting, finance, turnarounds and senior management, which he applies daily in his assignments.
Prior to Parkland, David was the President for a regional commercial modular construction business with locations the southeastern United States. David was also the CFO and Director of an international manufacturing and equipment rental company. During his tenure there, rental revenue & sales increased from $45 million to $80 million while debt to equity was reduced to below 0.3:1. Prior to this, he was a CFO to their sister company which concentrated on the construction & rental of commercial modular building company throughout the United States. David was instrumental in increasing revenue by 400% and then spinning this division off to GE Capital Modular Space.
David began his career in the public accounting sector with positions at Arthur Anderson & Co and Laventhol & Horwath.
David received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University with a major in Accounting and with additional emphasis in Information Systems. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Ohio-inactive), a certified licensed building contractor (Florida), a member of the Ohio Society of CPA's and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
