Frances Post is a Certified SOAR Facilitator and has been integral in developing the SOAR not-for-profit examination. She is a corporate leader who maintains an active presence in the not-for-profit industry. She fills a variety of roles as a board member, committee member and working volunteer in social-service agencies, arts organizations and trade associations. Her transatlantic background and experience working in global organizations enables her to create strong value from essential differences.

Since moving to the United States from the United Kingdom, her corporate experience includes executive leadership positions with Marconi Services, Nordson Corporation, The George Worthington Company, Preferred Translocation Systems, Eau Claire Packing Company and UniChem Chemicals, Inc.

Frances serves on the Industry Advisory Board for Kent State University's College of Technology, the International Advisory Board of International Partners in Mission and the board of the Forum for Volunteers Administrators. She is a member of the Balanced Scorecard Institute, Better Management, British American Chamber of Commerce, French American Chamber of Commerce, Cleveland World Trade Center, Women in International Trade and National Association of Purchasing Management.

She is part of the program staff at the Center for Nonprofit Policy, Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University, where she supports the Leadership Institute for Organizational Change and teaches a workshop on outcome-based organizations.
