Jennifer Goddard

Jennifer joined The Parkland Group in 2005, focusing her practice on Sales and Marketing consulting. She has over 20 years of experience helping organizations increase the effectiveness of their Sales and Marketing activities. Prior to joining Parkland, Jennifer founded a Sales & Marketing Consulting company specializing in helping consumer product companies. Prior to that, she was a National Sales Manager for Henkel Consumer Adhesives, a subsidiary of a multi-billion dollar European company. She has also held various Sales and Marketing positions for numerous companies including: Vice President of Sales, Director of Sales and Marketing and National Account Manager. Jennifer is a co-inventor of the SOAR to Strategic Excellence™ program and is also a Certified SOAR Consultant.

As a management consultant, Jennifer works with clients using the SOAR program and also specializes in helping companies achieve sales growth and improving margins. Her areas of focus include developing sales and marketing strategies, providing sales training, researching and analyzing markets, developing pricing strategies and acting as an interim Sales Manager. She also has extensive experience in product sourcing and product development, including licensed products in the following properties: Disney, Warner Brothers, Coca Cola, Nabisco, Campbell’s and others.

Jennifer has extensive experience in selling to most of the major big box retailers in the United States and Canada. She has worked in every major channel of trade including: Mass, Grocery/Drug, Hardware/Home Center, Craft, Department Stores and Specialty.

Jennifer graduated magna cum laude from Ashland University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Public Communication and ran varsity cross country and track.
