    My name is Larry Goddard.
    I'm the CEO of the Parkland Group,
    a consulting firm based in Cleveland,
    Ohio, that works with companies

    to persuade

    The runway to improve a business
    can be anywhere from three months
    to two years.
    Some of our engagements.
    Within three months,
    we can get significant improvements.
    And sometimes
    some of the more strategic initiatives
    take a little bit longer to implement.

    When we walk into a door
    in most middle market companies,
    they don't have a
    clear strategy
    that is leading them to success.

    And if they do have a strategy,
    they haven't communicated
    to all the people
    in the company that needs to understand
    how to execute the strategy.

    So the first thing we do
    when we work with companies is help them

    and then communicated to the team
    and then put the operational execution
    into place
    to make sure that that strategy
    is going to work.
